We’ve recently acquired a major corporate client with substantial English language training needs for their staff, which has created an exciting opportunity for experienced English teachers to join our team.

Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced English teacher with a strong background in teaching business English, preferably in sectors such as banking, fintech, or HR. 
    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, specifically working with corporate clients. 
    Proficiency in online teaching, familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Drive, and modern AI resources for lesson preparation, and access to high-quality equipment are essential. 
    Candidates must be available to work in the Ukrainian time-zone and be fluent in Ukrainian for potential student translation needs. 
    The ability to work with students at various proficiency levels, from elementary to upper-intermediate and proficient, is crucial. 
    We encourage a flipped lesson approach, highly conversational lessons, and a comparative approach in grammar teaching.
    Enthusiasm and a willingness to run speaking clubs are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

    Conduct engaging and highly interactive English lessons for the staff of our corporate client (one-on-one).
    Create and deliver lesson plans tailored to the needs of different proficiency levels.
    Utilize modern online teaching tools and AI resources effectively.
    Foster a communicative and participatory learning environment.
    Organize and lead speaking clubs to enhance conversational skills.
    Collaborate with the team to continuously improve teaching methods and materials.

Requirements:

    A degree in English language teaching, linguistics or translation.
    Proficiency in the English language at the C1 level or higher.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching business English (experience in banking, fintech, or HR is a plus).
    Proficiency in online teaching (one-on-one and groups) and familiarity with modern online tools.
    Access to high-quality equipment, including a laptop with a good-quality webcam and a stable internet connection.
    Fluency in Ukrainian for potential translation needs.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    Enthusiastic and passionate about teaching.
